Duty Manager

AUSTRALIA FULL TIME LEAD OPERATIONS. INSPIRE TEAMS. DELIVER EXCELLENCE. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Duty Manager to join our growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business performance.
- Supervise, motivate, and support team members during each shift.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Monitor operational performance and assist in achieving business goals.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to maintain efficient operations.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate operational records.

REQUIREMENTS





Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.

Applicants must hold one of the following:

- Australian Citizen
- Australian Permanent Resident
- Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights

Applicants holding a Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa, or any visa without work rights are not eligible for this position.

- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
