Physiotherapist - Injury Prevention & Workplace Health
Are you a physiotherapist who wants meaningful work beyond the clinic, where your skills directly prevent workplace injuries, support worker wellbeing, and influence safer onsite practices?
EMP Onsite is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join our VIC team! Giving you a highly varied and engaging caseload in real operational environments.
This is a hand on, people focused role perfect for someone who enjoys problem solving, coaching, movement analysis, and creating real, measurable change.

What You'll Be Doing
Early Intervention & Onsite Treatment
Provide evidence based, hands on treatment, identify early symptoms,
and guide workers toward fast, sustainable recovery.
Starting at 4-8 hrs/week providing flexibility and growth potential.
Injury Prevention Program Delivery
Run EMP's proven, data driven injury prevention program, including:
- Functional assessments
- Movement coaching
- Micro education
- Worker engagement sessions
- Identifying job specific risk factors
Return to Work Support
Use clinical reasoning to support safe and sustainable RTW and collaborate with supervisors on suitable duties.
Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate with workers, supervisors, and site leaders to influence safer work practices and present key injury prevention messages
Program Implementation & Reporting
Ensure consistent delivery of onsite initiatives and provide regular updates to the allocated Manager
