We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Stylist to join our busy salon here at Everyday Salon in Brunswick!

Operating out of our stunning salon on Sydney Rd, you'll be joining a high quality team at the top of their game. Express your creativity and quickly build a significant column in a very busy salon. As a Senior Stylist, you will be celebrated as the artist that you are, and you will transform the lives of our valued clientele by making them feel amazing and confident in their hair 'Everyday'. Our busy location means with the right skills, you will hit the ground running quickly and start achieving significant commission with other high achieving stylists like you.

What you'll be doing

- Providing high-quality hair services to clients, including cuts, styling, colouring and treatments
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat bookings
- Contributing to the development and refinement of service offerings and styling techniques
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming salon environment in line with health and safety standards
- Staying current with industry trends and developments in hair and beauty services
- Supporting the salon manager with operational tasks and staff coordination as needed
- Delivering outstanding customer service and handling client concerns professionally

What we're looking for

- Experience working as a stylist in a professional salon environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results
- Current qualifications in hairdressing from a recognised training provider
- Advanced technical skills in cutting, colouring,



styling and treatments relevant to hair and beauty services
- Demonstrated ability to build solid client relationships and maintain a loyal client base
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A passion for staying up to date with current trends and techniques in hair and beauty
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards within a salon setting
- Flexibility and reliability in meeting client appointment schedules
- Ability to 'own your own success' in the salon
