Key Responsibilities





- Assist brokers toreview client insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy paperwork under guidance, building accuracy and client communication skills
- Conduct focused research intoinsurance products, market conditions, and industry trends to support recommendations
- Maintainaccurate client records, includingrenewal follow-ups and claim-related administration
- Handle client enquiries promptly with a professional, consultative approach to keep the process moving
- Support the team tomeet departmental targets, contributing to pipeline and renewal momentum

Requirements

- Starting out in your career:recent graduate or early-career candidate
- Degree inBusiness, Finance, or a related field(or equivalent study focus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a careful attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and comfort working through information accurately
- Comfortable withMicrosoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus (not required)
- Any exposure to insurance, claims, or sales is strongly preferred (claims experience could be a great fit)
- Ability to work 5 days in the office in South Yarra
