Highview Accounting & Financial is seeking a Customer Care Officer to join our Finance Broking team in Cranbourne, Victoria. You will coordinate settlements from approval through to completion, working with brokers, lenders, conveyancers and solicitors to ensure funds and lender conditions line up on the day.

You’ll also run our post-settlement care program to support clients long after signing. We value explicit communication, a warm professional approach, and the ability to handle multiple files
