Australian Multicultural Community Services (AMCS) seeks a Dementia Care and Support Coordinator to lead the Dementia Respite Centre across Casey, with duties encompassing program delivery, client care planning, and staff supervision. The role involves coordinating services for people living with dementia and their carers, and engaging with community partners.

The position is part time (4 days/30.4 hours per week) until 30 June 2028, with occasional attendance at AMCS head office in Seddon.
