Emerging IT is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Service Desk in a fast-paced MSP workplace. The role focuses on coordinating ticket activity, balancing technician workloads and maintaining service standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You will report to the Service Desk Team Leader, manage the ticket lifecycle end-to-end, monitor SLA performance, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement across the Service Desk.
