Salt has partnered with a global organisation providing advanced technologies that help manufacturers optimise production, improve efficiency, and enable more sustainable operations. We are urgently looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support their Brisbane team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Enablement Lead, you'll provide administrative support to the Sales Team, and you are someone who enjoys being the heartbeat of the office - you take pride in setting the initial impressions and ensuring the smooth operations of the office.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome visitors and support customer interactions and enquiries
- Assist with weekly sales and planning meetings
- Maintain accurate customer/vendor data on Salesforce/SAP
- Assist with coordinating shipments, couriers, events materials
- Support social and team building activities
- Manage office supplies and assist with vendor coordination
- Assist HR with onboarding/offboarding
- Support facilities and office requirements

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in a Sales Admin/Office Support role (Ideally in a manufacturing/mining/facilities/tech industry)




- Must have experience with SAP, SharePoint, and Salesforce (highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Confident communicator, customer-focused, team-oriented
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working independently
