Mercy Community is seeking a Permanent Full time Cook to join our friendly and dedicated team at Bethany. What you’ll do

- Prepare meals according to approved menus and dietary requirements
- Ensure safe food handling and hygiene practices are maintained.
- Assist with kitchen operations including food storage and preparation

To be successful you will possess:

Experience in commercial cooking

Knowledge of food safety practices

Ability to obtain all legislatively required personal history screening

- Qualification in commercial cookery (Desirable)
- Experience working in aged care kitchens (Desirable)
