BlueScope Geelong, MetalCorp Geelong's Customer Service Officer role, is a permanent full time position based in Geelong. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling quotes, processing orders and providing knowledgeable solutions across phone, email and in-person interactions.
You will work with a supportive team to grow relationships, improve processes and deliver excellent service, while developing product knowledge and sales exposure within the BlueScope business.
