We’re looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our team.
About the Role
As a Parts Interpreter, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers and internal technicians get the correct parts quickly and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to expert for identifying, sourcing, and supplying automotive parts.
Key responsibilities
- Supply and invoice parts to trade and retail customers.
- Interpret parts requests using a variety of online applications.
- Source stock from manufacturers and other OEM suppliers.
- Prepare and assist with annual stocktake.
- Ensure all parts enquiries and quotes are supplied in a timely manner.
About you:
- Previous experience in parts interpretation or parts operations
- ERA/Pentana experience advantageous
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to work with suppliers, customers and the workshop
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- A team player willing to collaborate with colleagues
- Knowledge of parts operations and systems is advantageous
