The Position:

Cook

Our busy restaurant is looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Cook who is passionate about culinary arts. The ideal candidate for this position will be a natural leader who always has a finger on the pulse of current culinary trends. The Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes, food safety standards, and customer expectations. The role requires maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen while working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver consistent food quality and excellent service.

Responsibilities :

- Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and customer orders.
- Ensuring food is prepared safely and meets quality standards.
- Washing, peeling, chopping,



and measuring ingredients.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Storing food properly and monitoring stock levels.
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Following health and safety regulations.
- Working with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.

Qualifications:

- Cert. IV in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum 01 year of work experience.
