We are seeking educators who:

- Have a genuine passion for working with children aged 0–6 years




- Preferred 12+ months experience in an early childhood setting
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Can confidently engage in digital programming and documentation
- Hold a Statement of Attainment in Child Protection
- Have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
- Understand the Education and Care National Regulations (preferred)
- Bring a qualified, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
- Exhibit a deep knowledge of child development and a commitment to quality outcomes
