We are seeking an organised and customer‑focused Office Administrator / Scheduler to join our team. This is a critical on‑site role supporting our Frame & Truss team, ensuring projects are scheduled, managed, and communicated effectively from order to delivery.

This role is primarily based on site at our Wangaratta location and requires a 5 day on‑site attendance.

As the Office Administrator / Scheduler, you will be the central point of coordination between internal teams and customers. You will manage job scheduling, invoicing, and administration while maintaining strong relationships with builders and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and customer‑focused Office Administrator / Scheduler to join our team. This is a critical on‑site role supporting our Frame & Truss team, ensuring projects are scheduled, managed, and communicated effectively from order to delivery.

This role is primarily based on site at our Wangaratta location and requires a 5 day on‑site attendance.

As the Office Administrator / Scheduler, you will be the central point of coordination between internal teams and customers. You will manage job scheduling, invoicing, and administration while maintaining strong relationships with builders and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate frame and truss jobs from confirmation through to delivery
- Support Estimators and Detailers with job progression and workflow coordination
- Manage job administration, including invoicing and documentation
- Act as a key point of contact for builders and customers




- Proactively identify issues and provide solutions‑focused outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and manage competing deadlines
- Supporting our finance team with ongoing admin tasks

What You Bring

- Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or a admin‑heavy role within construction, manufacturing, or building materials (highly regarded)
- Previous experience working with payroll systems (highly regarded)
- Solid customer relations focus with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficient in using the full Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel
- Confident handling invoicing, job tracking, and high‑volume administration
- A proactive problem solver with a calm and professional approach
- A supportive team player who works well with others but also can work independently

Location

This role is primarily based on site at our Wangaratta location , however candidates based out of Reservoir will also be considered. It is an on‑site position requiring 5 days in the office.
