Regular opportunities exist across 10 of our residential care sites to join the Eldercare team on a 1-year contract, with a view to move into a permanent role. Roles are available as 0.8 FTE, up to full time hours undertaking weekday shifts (the graduate position does not include afternoon, night or weekend shifts).

About The Role

- Participate in an Aged Care Transition to Practice program with ANMEC
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team
- Work directly with residents
- Collaborate with peers and other employees across the organisation
- Increase your skills with direct support from colleagues, structured supervision and a thorough training program
- Provide treatment that is centred around evidence-based care
- Help residents to achieve their goals
- You will be responsible for delivering quality individualized nursing care to residents including complex care needs in particular wound and pain management.
- You will also have supervision responsibility for staff on the floor to ensure that care provided delivers excellence in customer service to our residents.

What You Will Bring

- Possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification




- Hold a current AHPRA registration
- Possess excellent clinical knowledge and skills
- Committed to fostering meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues through compassionate care and effective communication
