What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering premium vehicle handover experiences that exceed customer expectations
- Becoming the primary point of contact between vehicle purchase and delivery day
- Welcoming customers and ensuring they feel excited, informed and confident about their new vehicle
- Coordinating with sales, finance, service and administration teams to ensure every delivery is flawless
- Showcasing vehicle features,



technology and functionality with enthusiasm and confidence
- Creating a personalised and memorable experience for every customer
- Managing delivery appointments and ensuring every promise is fulfilled before the customer arrives
- Acting as a true ambassador for the ZEEKR brand

Who We're Looking For

You may come from automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, aviation, events, customer service, travel or another premium customer-focused environment.
