Uniting Northaven is seeking a registered nurse to lead clinical services within our aged care setting at Northaven. You will develop and evaluate resident care plans, assess clinical needs, and advocate for residents' quality of life in collaboration with medical and allied health professionals and family members.

You will supervise Personal Care Workers, applying holistic care and solid decision-making to guide the team and ensure resident-centred care on a daily basis.
