Multiple positions are available, including standard daytime roles and permanent afternoon shift opportunities.

About the Role

As an Industrial Hygienist with LRM Global, you will become part of a highly skilled and supportive team delivering consulting services to clients across commercial, government, education, healthcare, construction and industrial sectors.

Your role will include a combination of office-based consulting and field investigations, including:

- Occupational hygiene assessments and exposure monitoring
- Indoor air quality investigations
- Hazardous materials surveys and auditing
- Asbestos fibre monitoring and clearance inspections
- Mould investigations and indoor environmental quality assessments
- Workplace health risk assessments
- Preparation of high-quality technical reports
- Client consultation and technical advice
- Assisting project managers with planning and delivery of consulting projects
- Maintaining skilled relationships with clients and stakeholders





The role provides an excellent balance of field work and technical reporting, with occasional regional and interstate travel.

About You

Preferred Skills & Experience

Applicants may possess experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Industrial / Occupational Hygiene
- Airborne contaminant monitoring
- Asbestos surveying and fibre monitoring
- Hazardous materials auditing
- Mould assessments
- Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) investigations
- Workplace exposure assessments
- Noise monitoring
- Respirable crystalline silica monitoring
- Ventilation assessments
- Occupational health and safety legislation
- Preparation of technical reports

Experience in asbestos consulting, hazardous materials management or occupational hygiene will be highly regarded but is not essential for graduate applicants.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess, or be working towards, qualifications in one of the following disciplines:

- Occupational Hygiene
- Occupational & Environmental Health
- Environmental Science




- Environmental Engineering
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Applied Science
- Chemistry
- Public Health
- Or a related scientific discipline

Membership (or eligibility for membership) with the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists (AIOH) will be highly regarded.
