The Position

This role is sales and retail focused - providing exceptional customer service and design ideas, working closely with customers to help guide product selection on renovations and building projects. To be successful you will take the initiative to drive growth in sales, and be able to:

- Achieve sales & margin opportunities in-store




- Be proactive to build and establish a client base and sales pipeline
- Focus on meeting company targets & benchmarks
- Assist with daily store operations & presentation
- Be a cooperative, supportive team player who can also work well independently

About You

You must have excellent communication skills and pride yourself on being able to understand and meet the needs of customers. Along with a can do attitude, we will also be looking for someone with:

- A successful track record in achieving sales and customer service targets
- The ability to develop a strong rapport with customers, acting as our brand ambassador, demonstrating a positive energy and enthusiasm for our wonderful products
- A genuine passion for design and/or home renovating
- Good computer skills
- Well organised and takes pride in their work
