The Hills Shire Council is seeking a Lodgement & Enquiry Officer to join our Customer Service Centre on a permanent part-time basis (21 hours per week across Wed, Thu, Fri). You will process customer transactions, assist with lodgements (tree management, animal, footpath crossing), and provide development advice through in-person, phone, and back-office channels.
You will work with a supportive team, with training opportunities and perks under our EBA, and potential bonus payments.
