This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) is perfect for a motivated, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll have the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of properties while receiving strong support from our experienced team.

Highly organized, with excellent time management skills

In possession of a current driver’s license and a valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration

Your Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Routine inspections/Exits and Entries

Handle rent reviews, increases, and lease renewals

Maximum of 150 properties to manage
