EDGE HOSPITALITY PTY LTD T/A Fergusson is seeking a Chef to join our kitchen team in the Yarra Valley. This full time role reports to the Head Chef and offers 38 hours per week with a salary of AUD 75,000 to AUD 80,000 per year plus super.

We combine Italian gastronomy with modern Australian flavors in a contemporary winery restaurant. Responsibilities include menu planning, food prep, and maintaining safety, with opportunities for training and development.
