The Role

You will be responsible for:

- Providing administrative support to management, employees, and clients including setting up project safety and administration files through various online portals
- Monitoring shared mailboxes and handling phone enquiries
- Point of Sale service for our walk-in customers
- General Office duties including preparation of reports and quality assurance documents, meeting minutes




- Assisting our Office Manager with invoicing and payroll

About You

- Highly organised and able to self-manage your time and client commitments
- Able to work productively while unsupervised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valuable problem-solving skills & ability to prioritise work
- Able to work well in a team
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of software
- Willingness to learn customised software; knowledge of the following software & portals not essential but considered an advantage:
- Simpro
- MYOB
- Construction Portals such as Hammertech, DAMSTRA
- Previous experience in ESM also considered an advantage
