Sous Chef – Full-Time
Kings Beach Surf Club
Kings Beach Surf Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis .
About the Role:
- Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Assist with menu preparation, service, and food presentation
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff
- Contribute to menu development and specials
About You:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace health & safety standards
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and evenings
