Motor Neurone Disease Association of Victoria – Canterbury VIC is seeking a Keeping Connected Advisor to support clients aged 65 and over across Victoria and Tasmania. This 0.6 FTE fixed-term role is based in Canterbury, with remote working considered.

You will provide advice, education and emotional support, undertake holistic assessments, connect clients with relevant services and coordinate aged care and palliative care supports, helping people live well with MND.
