Uniting is seeking a Local Area Coordinator (LAC) to help participants connect with NDIS services. The role is based in Parramatta, Baulkham Hills or Blacktown with a 38-hour week and two days of work from home.
You will support participants to understand and use their NDIS plans, linking to mainstream and community services, and building capacity across pathways. Training and mentoring are provided by a leading provider.
