Experienced Conveyancer | QLD / SA Experience Required

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Conveyancer with Queensland and/or South Australian experience to join a highly regarded commercial law firm.
Working closely with an experienced Property Partner, this role offers the opportunity to manage a broad range of conveyancing matters while utilising your interstate expertise within a supportive and flexible environment.
For the right candidate with solid jurisdictional experience, the firm is open to offering a high level of flexibility.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a range of property matters, including:
- End-to-end management of conveyancing files from instruction through to settlement
- Managing Queensland and/or South Australian property transactions
- Contract preparation and review
- Property searches and title reviews
- Settlement coordination, including PEXA
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with relevant state legislation and requirements
About You
You will ideally have:
- Strong conveyancing experience within a legal or professional services environment
- Proven experience managing QLD and/or SA conveyancing matters
- Confidence handling files independently from instruction through to settlement
- Strong technical knowledge of interstate conveyancing requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
