Sawyer Sourcing is seeking a Social Worker for the Journey to Motherhood program in Wodonga to provide culturally safe, trauma-informed support to Aboriginal women and families throughout pregnancy, birth and early parenting.

You will work with women facing complex life circumstances, delivering counselling, advocacy, care coordination and practical support as part of a cooperative multidisciplinary team. This role offers meaningful impact during a pivotal time for families.
