Roundtree Search is seeking a Director - Origination in Sydney to drive recent lending opportunities in commercial real estate. You will identify, structure and win deals, working with developers, CRE fund managers and brokers to deploy capital across mid-market transactions.

In this senior, client-facing role you will lead funding structures, present to senior management, and collaborate with Credit, Risk, and Portfolio teams to ensure successful deal execution and portfolio performance.
