- Salesforce Enhancement Project

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a program of Salesforce enhancements and expand the platform into recent areas of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of Salesforce enhancements and associated application projects.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify priorities and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate delivery across business, technology, training, change and vendor teams.
- Manage the rollout of Salesforce into areas that are not currently using the platform.
- Improve training materials and delivery approaches to increase user capability and adoption.
- Manage project plans, scope, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.

Key Skills and Experience





- 8+ years’ Project Management experience in complex enterprise environments
- Strong background delivering business-facing application projects.
- Ability to connect and coordinate work across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting platform adoption through training and business engagement.
- Experience managing Salesforce enhancements would be beneficial
