Head of Enterprise Sales at Anthropic. You will lead the expansion of Anthropic's AI products, including Claude, across the Australia and Recent Zealand markets. What you'll do

- Create and implement a go-to-market strategy for enterprise clients across major industry verticals.
- Recruit and manage a high-performing sales team focused on strategic target accounts.
- Develop partnerships with cloud providers and technology firms in the region.
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to tailor our offerings for local market needs.
- Analyze market trends to refine our approach in sectors like government, financial services, healthcare, retail, and resources.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large organizations.
- Represent Anthropic at industry events and communicate our safety and trust principles to clients.
- Align regional sales operations with global corporate goals.

Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales.




- 5+ years in leadership roles managing large-scale sales operations within the ANZ region.
- Proven success selling SaaS, cloud services, or technical API products.
- Experience building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated history of selling to government agencies, financial institutions, and large enterprises.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Ability to work from the office at least 25% of the time.

Nice to have

- Experience selling through cloud partner ecosystems such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Background in selling AI technologies.
