About you

We’re looking for a confident, stylish and commercially minded retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and genuinely enjoys leading from the floor.
You will bring:

- Experience in premium or luxury fashion retail (Supervisor or Assistant Manager level)
- Natural leadership presence with the ability to coach and inspire a team
- Robust track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs
- Confidence in operational execution, rostering, and store organisation
- A solid clienteling mindset with a passion for delivering elevated service
- Clear, confident communication and a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Polished personal presentation aligned to luxury retail standards
- Mandarin language skills highly advantageous but not essential
