TheRole

AsaSeniorTechnicalConsultantatAntares,youwilluseyourdesignanddevelopmentskillstoassistintheimplementationofApplicationDevelopmentprojectsacrossmultipleclients,andyouwillalsohavetheopportunitytoworkonupcomingAIprojectsaswell.

ThisrolewillbeaPermanent or Contract role,basedeitherinSydneyorMelbourne.

Therightcandidatewillbesomeonewhowantstolearnandgrowwithus.Youdon’tneedtobethemosttechnicallybrilliantpersonintheroom,butyoudoneedtobeself-driven,passionateandmotivatedbytechnology.

Weoffertheopportunitytoworkwithrealprojectsandreal-worldclientsacrosscuttingedgetechnology.Withanewprojecteverycoupleofmonths,thisisanincrediblypowerfullearningenvironment.

Technically,youwillneedtohaveexperiencedeveloping.NETAppsonMicrosoftAzure,aswellasexperiencewith.Reactand/orAngular,andexposureto.PowerApps.WealsoareeagerwiththosethathaveaninterestinworkingonAIApps.

Perhapsthemostkeyelementofthisroleistheabilitytoleadourcustomersthroughthesolutionprocess.Theidealcandidatewillwanttotrulyunderstandtheproblemandbeanactiveforceincreatingasolution.Youwillneedstrongconsultingandpre-sale'sabilitytoperformintherolebutwillalsocomewithastrongtechnicalexpertisebackground.

- ItisessentialthatyouareMicrosoftAligned,withseveralyears’experiencedeveloping.NetAppsonMicrosoftAzureandapassionforhelpingclientsrealisetheirfullpotentialwithintheMicrosoftCloudspace
- YouwillhaveaninterestinbuildingintelligentApps,workingonAIApps,andleveragingAIandothermoderntechnologies
- Severalyears’experiencewithReactand/orAngular
- ExposuretoPowerApps–Youdon’tneedyearsofexperienceunderyourbelt,butyoudoneedtobeeagertoimmerseyourselfintheplatformanddoitproperly.Thisisanincrediblechancefortherightpersontogainexposuretocutting-edgetechnologies
- Experiencewithallphasesofanengagement–pre-sales,discovery,designandimplementation
- Exceptionalwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsareessential.Youwillbeaconfidentspeaker,withanengagingpersonalityandabilitytobuildrapporteasily
- Ahugedesiretolearnandgrow.Youwillunderstandthattechnologyisalwaysshiftingandyouwillbewillingtoshiftwithitratherthanremainingcomfortable
- Experiencerunningworkshops,presentations,andprofessionaldemonstrationsforarangeofdifferentaudiencesisdesirable
- KnowledgeofanyotherMicrosoftproductswillbehighlyvalued.Wearefluidanddynamicinourwayofthinking.OurcollaborativeandAgileapproachmeansyourinputwillbevaluedacrossallourpractices.Everyonehasavoice,everyoneisapproachable
