About the Role
The successful applicant must be competent in all aspects of automotive refinishing including:
- Prior skilled detailing or paint correction experience is highly regarded.
- Machine buff, polish, and de-nib fresh clear coat to remove imperfections.
- Identify and safely remove compound residue, dust, and overspray.
- Cutting, buffing and finishing
- Maintaining high quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Working efficiently to meet production timelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in a panel shop environment
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
