Indian Biryani Restaurant in Canberra is hiring a full-time Indian chef based in office. You will prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, especially Hyderabadi curries and tandoori items, with responsibilities spanning menu planning, mise en place, cooking processes, portion control and plating to restaurant standards.
You’ll maintain kitchen cleanliness, follow food safety regulations, manage inventory and order ingredients, while coordinating with kitchen and service teams.
