A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a SeniorAssociate/Special Counsel to join Norton Rose Fulbright's leadingBanking and Finance group in Melbourne. Working as part of a fastgrowing, collaborative and supportive team, you'll gain exposure toa diverse mix of high quality banking and finance matters inAustralia and internationally, presenting an excellent careerdevelopment opportunity.
Working closely with ScottMillar, AdeleGray, BradRobinson and our specialist teams and offices across our globalnetwork, you will be advising on a range of transactions,including:
- Structured finance and securitisation
- Corporate and acquisition finance
- Real estate investment and development finance
- Private debt and special situations
- Carbon funding structures
- Receivables, trade, supply chain and asset basedlending
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working on banking and financetransactions gained at a reputable national or internationallaw firm,
or in-house at a leading financial institution
- Excellent written, drafting and verbal communicationskills
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality and good workethic
- Ability to work independently and also as a part of a teamwith multiple partners within the group
- Ability to build and grow a network and assist withbusiness development and marketing initiatives
- At least 4+ years post qualification experience
