What you'll do

- Spearhead the development and execution of technical sales strategies focused on AI security, guiding opportunities from initial discovery through to final agreements.
- Design and present compelling demonstrations and proof-of-value sessions tailored for both technical teams and executive leadership, showcasing the benefits of AI security solutions.
- Provide expert advice to clients on contemporary AI methodologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent-based systems, and prompt engineering workflows, all aimed at minimizing potential risks.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that customer insights are effectively translated into actionable improvements on the product roadmap.
- Develop and curate a range of technical resources, playbooks, and enablement materials to empower the global sales organization in their AI security initiatives.




- Conduct in-depth assessments of client environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend tailored AI security solutions that align with their specific needs.
- Engage in thought leadership activities, including writing white papers and presenting at industry conferences, to establish Zscaler as a leader in AI security.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with Zscaler's AI security offerings.

Requirements

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical advisory roles, or solutions architecture, with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive knowledge of generative AI technologies, specifically in areas such as RAG, large language models (LLMs), and Model Context Protocol (MCP) orchestration patterns.
- Solid understanding of core cybersecurity principles, including Zero Trust frameworks, data loss prevention strategies, and cloud-native security practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex AI architectures into understandable concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development,



to drive successful outcomes.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.

Nice to have

- Hands-on experience in prototyping AI applications, scripting, and developing agent-based automation solutions.
- Familiarity with managing enterprise AI risks, including aspects of model governance, compliance requirements, and the challenges posed by shadow AI.
- A history of creating technical workshops and competitive positioning materials that support field teams in their sales efforts.
