About the Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing logistics team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling bookings, tracking deliveries, and ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Book and track transport and warehouse jobs




- Liaise with drivers, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery performance
- Provide updates and proactive communication to customers
- Handle paperwork, PODs, and data entry in transport management systems
- Assist with resolving delivery or service issues quickly and professionally

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in transport, logistics, or warehousing (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systemsPositive attitude, team player, and customer-first mindset
