The Opportunity

We are currently seeking two motivated and customer-focused Account Managers to join our growing team—one based at our Burleigh Heads branch and one at our Labrador branch.

Ideally, you will have experience within the plumbing industry and a passion for building strong customer relationships while identifying recent business opportunities. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working collaboratively, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop new customer accounts and identify new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Work collaboratively with branch staff to achieve business objectives.
- Manage customer enquiries efficiently using email and computer systems.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience in the plumbing industry (preferred).
- A proven ability to build customer relationships and generate new business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Sound computer and email skills.
- A positive attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
