QFS Solutions is a fast-growing, dynamic company based in Rocklea, QLD. Family owned and operated and trusted by Tier 1 companies in the waste management sector.

We are currently on the lookout for experienced HC drivers with skills in Semi Tipper, Walking Floor, or Semi Vacuum Tanker operations to join our expanding team.

Due to increased demand and a growing client base, we're offering casual positions, with full-time roles available to those after competent qualifying period. We are seeking motivated and professional drivers who thrive in a busy and rewarding environment, and who value safety, reliability and being part of a solid team.

The Role

Based in Southeast Queensland, servicing Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast & Northern NSW

Primarily day shifts with some Saturday work as required

Consistent runs, regular hours, and overtime available

Immediate start for the right candidate

Comply with all WHS legislation and company safety procedures

Follow management directions and site-specific road rules

Complete daily paperwork, including pre-starts

Represent QFS professionally on-site and on the road

What We're Looking For

Current HC or higher license with a clean driving history

White Card (Construction Industry Induction)

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant driving experience required

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Availability Monday to Saturday

Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screening

Two recent work-related references

Valid work visa or Australian work rights required
