Job Description

VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician to join our clients' business CEEPRO in Campbellfield. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work well in a team, with strong communication skills. Objective of The Position:

- To provide technical support in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- To assist engineers in ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient operation of electrical installations and components.

Responsible for: Assisting in the execution and maintenance of electrical works and systems, supporting engineering staff with technical and operational tasks. Accountable to: Manager / Director Performance appraisal: Three months after appointment, then at least annually and/or when required.

Job Descriptions:

- Design and install electrical systems in caravans, including 12V and 240V AC circuits, ensuring efficient power distribution
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in caravans including wiring, batteries, inverters and converters
- Conduct inspections of electrical installations to ensure compliance with safety standard and mobile unit regulations
- Install, maintain and repair solar power systems to provide a sustainable energy source of caravans




- Install and maintain inverters and convertors to manage the conversion of DC to AC power and vice versa in caravans
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrade to caravan electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Collect data, perform tests and document electrical system performance through charts and calculations
- Estimate materials and costs for electrical installations, ensuring efficient resource use within budget
- Assemble, test and install electrical equipment following industry safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

- Prior hands-on experience in an electrical technician or trade support role.
- Familiarity with electrical tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Strong ability to follow engineering instructions and technical procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Committed to maintaining safety, compliance, and technical accuracy.

Qualifications/experience:

- Diploma or trade qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in electrical systems, equipment assembly, or maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and electrical regulations.
- Solid attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Remuneration: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 + Super Location: 10 Production Dr, Campbellfield VIC 3061
