What you'll do

- Evaluate operational performance across transport, warehousing, linehaul, and delivery systems to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement productivity initiatives and track their effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
- Drive projects aimed at optimizing resource allocation and operational workflows.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.





Requirements

- A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in productivity engineering or a similar role within logistics or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and performance metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Nice to have

- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transport management systems (TMS).
