AUTOrecruit in Wollongong is seeking a senior automotive executive to oversee a premium EV dealership. You will report to the Dealer Principal and Group Executive, directing commercial success, operations, sales strategy, team development, and growth initiatives.

Required are 5+ years in senior auto management, a proven sales and ops track record, robust leadership, and a business administration qualification. EV market experience and digital marketing familiarity are a plus.
