Synergie Skin has spent 20 years earning its place as one of Australia's most clinically respected cosmeceutical brands. We don't sell through department stores or mass retail. We sell through dermatologists, cosmetic physicians, registered nurses and skin clinicians who truly understand superior formulations.
Almost 500 clinic partners. 7 international markets and over 100 products across 5 brands. And a founder who built this from scratch with a scientist's mindset and an entrepreneur's drive.
Now we need the leader who can take our vision further.
The role
This is not a role for someone who needs a playbook handed to them. It's a role for someone who can read a market, build genuine relationships with clinic owners and clinicians, and bring real commercial discipline and inspiration to a team that already cares deeply about the brand they represent.
You will lead our BDM team across all ANZ territories, working closely with Marketing and Education to align sales strategy with product launches, clinical education, and brand positioning.
You will own the numbers, but you will also own the culture of the team.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop an experienced BDM team across ANZ territories
- Drive strategic account growth and convert high-value new clinic partnerships
- Build strong relationships with key accounts at a decision-maker level
- Collaborate with Marketing and Education to translate brand strategy into commercial results
- Use data (we use NetSuite) to identify opportunity, track performance, and inform decisions
- Contribute to forecasting, channel strategy, and profitability planning
- Represent the brand at key industry events and partner engagements
