We’re looking for a Turf Maintenance Specialist to join our high-performing and friendly South East QLD team, operating from our Yatala depot.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality turf areas across Brisbane and surrounding regions.

Core tasks include:

- High end sports field foliar applications utilising Toro Multipro spray units
- Fertiliser application using quad bikes and spreaders
- Aeration using tractors
- Machinery operation and maintenance associated with sports field renovations works

This role would suit someone with a background in Greenkeeper or golf course maintenance, comfortable working outdoors and operating a wide range of turf maintenance equipment.

About You

- Manual driver’s licence (MR or above preferred)
- Demonstrated experience operating spray equipment in the landscape, turf, or grounds maintenance industry
- Strong understanding of herbicide application, chemical handling, and safe work practices
- White Card (essential)
- Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (desirable)
- ACDC Licence (essential)
- Experience with machinery operation (essential)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
