This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, construction delivery, commercial performance, stakeholder engagement and team leadership to ensure the project is delivered safely on time and within budget.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will take overall responsibility for the planning, execution and successful delivery of the project.

You’ll provide leadership across all stakeholders, maintaining solid relationships and representing the client to a high level. Leading a team that includes Site Managers, Senior Project Engineers,



Junior Engineers, HSE personnel, Project Administration and site-based staff, you’ll ensure every aspect of project delivery is aligned with budget and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the successful delivery of the construction project from planning through to completion, overseeing project performance across budgets, schedules, commercial outcomes and stakeholder expectations.

About You

- 10 + years' experience delivering Tier 1 / Tier 2 infrastructure projects up to $100 million
- Commercial building / industrial background preferred
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills across clients, subcontractors, consultants and regulatory bodies
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, planning and cost control
- Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership, quality and environmental compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project
