About the Role
Lead expert nutrition care that helps people regain independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You'll work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, shape evidence based practice and help improve patient flow, recovery and successful discharge across CALHN.
- Lead nutrition care for complex rehabilitation patients
- Build person centred care plans and goals
- Guide dietitians, assistants and students
- Drive quality improvement and service excellence
- Support discharge and hospital avoidance pathways
About You
You're an experienced dietitian who enjoys leading others, delivering exceptional rehabilitation care and improving outcomes for people with complex health needs.
- Eligible for Dietitians Australia membership
- Expertise in complex rehabilitation nutrition care
- Experience leading teams and supervising staff
