x15ventures is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to design, implement and oversee secure software delivery across its ventures from Sydney. You will work hands‑on across DevSecOps, cloud security, and identity governance, embedding controls into pipelines, IaC, and cloud foundations.

You will mentor engineers, influence security standards, and collaborate with product and platform teams to reduce risk while enabling rapid delivery in a dynamic startup‑style portfolio.
