You will lead the expansion of the hotel sector for Airbnb within the Australia and New Zealand region. This role focuses on growing our hotel inventory, managing partner relationships, and driving bookings through an entrepreneurial approach.

What you'll do
- Manage and expand partner relationships to exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct high-level prospecting and executive-level pitch meetings.
- Perform business reviews and optimization calls with partners, including in-person support.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective hotel partners and convert them into active supply.
- Educate partners on product updates and relay feedback to internal teams.
- Use data to identify growth opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, legal, tax, and public policy teams.
- Represent the brand at industry conferences and external meetings.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business acquisition, current sales, and account management.
- Proven ability to manage a leads pipeline and a book of business.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to apply data to daily operations.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally across different business units.
- Excellent communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Strong time management and prioritization capabilities.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in the travel or technology sectors.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Personal experience as an Airbnb host.
