We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of high-impact digital initiatives spanning web platforms, CRM, marketing technology and customer experience solutions.

This is a rare prospect to step into a purpose-led organisation while continuing to work on complex, enterprise-scale digital programs.
You'll lead end-to-end digital project delivery from business case through to implementation, transition and benefits realisation.

Projects may include:

- Website redevelopment and optimisation
- CRM and customer platform initiatives
- Marketing automation implementations
- Customer journey transformation
- eCommerce and online transaction capabilities

You will work closely with Digital, Marketing,



Data and Technology teams while managing delivery partners, risks, budgets, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.

We're particularly interested in speaking with Project Managers with experience delivering projects involving:

- Salesforce
- Dynamics 365
- Adobe Experience Manager
- Optimizely
- Sitecore
- Marketing automation platforms
- Customer experience and engagement platforms
- CRM implementations
- Digital portals and websites
- Agile delivery environments

Experience leading cross-functional teams and working across both business and technical stakeholder groups will be highly regarded.
